Hampton Inn Suites:
County Line Road at Southpark
We completed all surveying at the project from grid lines
and caissons to final curb and gutter. Accurate layout
helped the seven story hotel project to be completed
timely as well as correctly.

A multi phase road and grounds renovation project.

Subsidence monitoring project State of Colorado,
Division of Geology and Minerals:
This project involved 2nd order survey monitoring of 9
properties along the front range. The properties are
located above historic abandoned mines. (2004-2008)
Hwy 34 and CR 17, intersection improvements:
For Integrated Electric, Inc. CDOT project will add an
updated street controls to the rural Hwy intersection. For
this project we provided the construction stakeout.

Lower Big Thompson Flood Plain flood plain Study for
Weiland, Inc. For this project we provided detailed
topography on several bridges and gravel pits. This
topography was tied to NGVD 1929 datum and State
Plain Colorado North Horizontal.

Asphalt Specialties and Weiland, Inc 300 acre
Development:
This FEMA LOMR project we prepared the photographic
control survey and detailed topography of boulder creek
underwater portions for 2.5 miles surrounding the site.
